Online Order Delivery Process

Once you have placed your online order and paid for your products you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received by us.

Once we have received your order we will call you during business hours to confirm your delivery information and let you know the date and time you should expect delivery of your products.

On delivery day your products will be delivered as per your instructions.

Online Order - Same Day Deliveries
Unfortunately Soils Aint Soils Mandurah does not offer same day delivery for our online orders. If you require same day delivery please call the office on (08) 9581 3833 and we will do our best to assist you with your request.

Online Order - Delivery Schedule
We will always do our best to deliver the following day or on your requested delivery date and time. Online orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be scheduled for delivery the next available delivery day. You will always receive a call from us to confirm your delivery slot. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours after placing your order please call the office on (08) 9581 3833 to confirm.

Delivery Charges
All delivery charges for our online orders are set for one delivery only. You can view our delivery charges here. If your required quantity of product is above our maximum delivery quantity a second delivery charge is required to be paid. Maximum load specifications for bulk products are listed on the product page of each product. If your order is above the maximum load please contact the office on (08) 9581 3833 to process your order over the phone.

Do you deliver bulk loads?
We can deliver to anywhere and any amount you need. No job is too big or small for us to handle. Our delivery charges are listed here and the max load for our truck is listed here. We can also arrange semi loads direct to you for larger orders. For bulk loads please give us a call today on
